By accessing Fincorelogic, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to enter into this agreement on behalf of yourself or the entity you represent. Our services are intended solely for business financial management and verified corporate entities. Access is strictly prohibited for any illegal or unauthorized financial activities.

Subscription Terms: Fincorelogic is a subscription-based service. Charges are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. Your subscription will automatically renew unless canceled at least 30 days prior to the renewal date.

Fee Changes: Fincorelogic reserves the right to adjust pricing tiers with a 60-day notice period. Continued use of the service after such changes constitutes agreement to the new rates.

While Fincorelogic employs advanced validation algorithms, you acknowledge that financial decision-making remains your sole responsibility. We do not provide certified public accounting (CPA) guarantees or legal tax advice through the software platform alone.

You are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of data inputs such as bank feeds, manual entries, and tax categorizations.

We implement industry-standard security measures (SOC 2 Type II compliance) to protect your financial data. However, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your financial dashboard.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Fincorelogic shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits or financial data, resulting from your use of the service or any interruptions in the service.
